Service & Order Management Specialist, Telecommunications (m/f/d) – full-time

Close to 400 client companies rely on their requests not sitting in a queue: we handle service requests in under 30 minutes on average, and our system detects priority issues automatically. To keep it that way, we are strengthening our service team – with people who like finishing things.

Your tasks

  • Receiving and handling service requests from our business clients in the ticket system
  • Order management with the network operators: tariff changes, SIM swaps, portings, new activations
  • Invoice and contract auditing including complaints to the provider
  • Maintaining customer and contract data

Your profile

  • Structured, conscientious way of working – you keep the overview even with many open cases
  • Enjoy communicating with clients and providers, in writing and on the phone (German required)
  • Ideally experience in telecommunications or customer service – career changers with diligence are explicitly welcome
  • Confident with digital tools
