What does KHTC-Consulting do? KHTC-Consulting is an independent German B2B telecom consultancy: we analyse, procure and manage mobile fleets, internet and fiber lines, cloud phone systems, IoT connectivity and hardware across all providers – and stay your single point of contact afterwards. Clients pay nothing; we are remunerated by the providers at conditions identical to buying direct, disclosed transparently.
Sound familiar?
The patterns we see in almost every first review:
- Contracts spread across providers, nobody has the full picture
- Costs grew historically – nobody renegotiated
- Provider hotlines instead of a person who knows your setup
- A single line failure paralyses a whole site
- Old phone system announced end-of-life, no migration plan
- New sites, new SIMs, new devices – all handled on the side

1 · Understand
We review your contracts, invoices and requirements – across every provider, with no obligation.
2 · Compare
You get a written comparison of what the market offers for your situation – including “keep what you have” when that wins.
3 · Implement
We negotiate, order, port and migrate – coordinated so your operations never stand still.
4 · Support
One dedicated contact for incidents, changes and renewals – for the whole contract term, not just until signature. Ongoing invoice auditing is available as a bookable add-on.
References you can actually call
Around 400 companies across almost every industry – and on request we connect you directly with reference clients, ideally from your own industry and size bracket. How reference calls work.
Get to know KHTC – in our video
A short look at the people behind KHTC-Consulting and how we work for our clients.
Why KHTC-Consulting
Provider-neutral by design
We work across Telekom, Vodafone, o2 and the specialist carriers – our recommendation follows your case, not a quota.
Free for clients – transparently funded
Providers pay us for the business we manage, at the same conditions you would get directly. We disclose that model openly.
One contact instead of hotlines
A named person who knows your setup answers, escalates and follows up – on weekdays in under 30 minutes on average.
Support after the signature
Incident management, renewals and deadline tracking – the part of telecom that portals and hotlines never deliver. Ongoing invoice auditing is available as a bookable add-on.
Who we work for
From skilled trades to corporate groups – with industry know-how where it matters:

What exactly does KHTC-Consulting do?
We plan, procure and manage business telecommunications across all providers: mobile fleets, internet and fiber, cloud telephony, IoT, hardware and ongoing contract management – plus site connectivity, AI assistants and websites. One partner, one contact.
What does the consulting cost?
For our telecom consulting: nothing, permanently. We are remunerated by the providers for the business we manage – at conditions identical to buying direct, disclosed transparently. AI and website projects are quoted separately at fixed prices.
Are you tied to specific providers?
No. We work with Telekom, Vodafone, o2 and specialist carriers alike. Our recommendation can also be to keep your current setup – our model does not depend on you switching.
Do you work with companies outside northern Germany?
Yes – we are based in Lamstedt, Lower Saxony, and manage clients across all of Germany. Reviews and consultations run by phone or Teams; on-site meetings by arrangement.
How do we start?
With the free telecom audit: you tell us in four short steps what to look at, we review contracts and invoices across providers and send you a written result. No obligation, no forced switch.
