KHTC-Consulting is an independent telecommunications consultancy from Lamstedt in Lower Saxony – working for around 400 companies and public-sector clients across Germany since 2020.
What we do – and how we get paid
We plan, procure and manage business telecommunications across all providers: mobile fleets, internet and fiber, cloud telephony, IoT, hardware and the ongoing contract management most companies never get around to. Our consulting is permanently free of charge for clients – we are remunerated by the providers, at identical conditions to buying direct, and we disclose that model openly. It only works if you stay: which is why our incentive is your satisfaction, not your signature.
Why clients stay
Because someone actually picks up. Average response time under 30 minutes on weekdays, a named contact instead of a hotline, and honest advice that sometimes ends with „keep what you have“ – our model does not depend on making you switch.
